OVERVIEW

Welcome to RTP Outdoors (“we,” “us,” “our”). RTP Outdoors is a division of Redexim North America, Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from RTP Outdoors, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. AGE & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and payment information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors, finishes, and appearances may vary slightly based on lighting, screens, and photography.
All descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. RTP Outdoors reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by RTP Outdoors. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.
Orders are not binding until payment is processed and you receive confirmation.
Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled unless authorized in writing by RTP Outdoors.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

RTP Outdoors manufactures and sells specialized, heavy-duty equipment. As such the Genesis no-till drill, Ground Breaker disc & drop seeder, and Goliath crimper roller.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in rare, case-by-case circumstances at our sole discretion.

  • Used or demo equipment is sold as-is and is non-returnable.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects as outlined in the official RTP Outdoors warranty policy.

  • Warranty claims do not entitle the purchaser to a refund—repairs or replacements will be handled per warranty terms.

5. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Posted prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
You agree to pay all charges in full, including any taxes or fees applicable to your purchase.
We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders containing such errors.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Delivery times are estimates only.
Once the product is picked up by or delivered to a carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
RTP Outdoors is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible damage directly to the carrier.

7. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

By purchasing or using our products, you agree that:

  • You assume all risk associated with operation, transport, or installation.

  • You will follow all provided instructions, manuals, and safety warnings.

  • RTP Outdoors is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or misuse of products.

Our products are designed for agricultural and land-management use only.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, videos, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of RTP Outdoors or its affiliates.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our content without prior written permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. RTP Outdoors is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated in our written warranty policy, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTP Outdoors, its affiliates, officers, employees, and dealers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our products or website,

  • Delays or delivery issues,

  • Product misuse, modification, or improper installation, or

  • Reliance on information found on our website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTP Outdoors, its officers, employees, dealers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of any laws.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
Sections regarding warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

RTP Outdoors shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, acts of government, war, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.
In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event without penalty.

17. DEALER INDEPENDENCE

Authorized dealers and distributors of RTP Outdoors products operate as independent businesses.
They are not agents, employees, or representatives of Redexim North America, Inc.
RTP Outdoors is not responsible for dealer statements, price quotes, advertising claims, or performance.
Any disputes or service issues arising from dealer transactions must be handled directly with the selling dealer.
