Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
No returns will be accepted after this period.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items that are damaged, used, or incomplete may be subject to additional charges or rejection.

Refund Method

Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued within 7–10 business days.


WARRANTY

General Liability and Maintenance Guarantee

For all machinery.

  • Redexim North America guarantees its products to be free from manufacturing defects for 24 months from date of invoice on unused equipment in dealers’ stock and 12 months from date of delivery to end user, not to exceed 1,000 hours of operation.

  • If during the warranty period, the product does not function properly due to defect, the customer should contact his or her authorized Redexim North America distributor and provide the unit or part for inspection and repair.

  • The warranty applies to failures as a result of a manufacturing defect only.

    • It does not cover adjustments or corrections which should be made on pre-delivery inspection or during a regular service.

    • Normal wear and/or damages caused by improper operation are excluded from any warranty coverage.

  • The warranty does not include freight or transport charges, taxes, shipping damages, incidental or consequential damages, and is exclusive of any implied warranties.

  • A completed warranty registration card and pre-delivery inspection checklist for machine sales must be submitted via fax or mail to Redexim North America upon sale of the machine for the one-year period to be in effect.


WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Where the estimated total cost of the warranty claim is in excess of $1,000, then prior permission must be obtained from Redexim North America before any work is undertaken.

  • Fax full details of the repair to the North American office for approval.

  • All claims must be made within 30 days of the repair being affected.

All claims must be submitted on our warranty claim form (see appendix), each section to be fully completed and e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to Redexim North America for consideration.

Please list all defective parts, together with their part number, description, and your dealer cost price, where applicable.
These defective parts must be retained for 3 months for possible recall inspection.

The number of labor hours must be shown.
These hours should be based on the reasonable time it would take a competent technician to carry out the work (maximum $40 per hour or as required by state law).

No other expenses are covered by this warranty.
